Accessibility Status We are partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. This means that while most of the website meets accessibility requirements, there are some areas that do not yet fully conform.

Testing Method We conducted a self-assessment using tools such as WAVE. A formal external audit is planned for Q3 2025.

Known Accessibility Issues

  • Missing or unclear alt text on some older images and icons

  • Focus indicators are not always visible on all interactive elements

  • Some headings are not used semantically across pages

  • Some forms do not announce error messages or statuses to screen readers

  • No built-in feature for reporting accessibility issues yet

Planned Improvements

  • Conduct an external accessibility audit by October 2025

  • Implement WCAG 2.1 AA fixes throughout Q4 2025

  • Create internal accessibility training materials for staff
