Key Responsibilities
- Help in developing and implementing our Pathway programs.
- Help with the creation, evaluation, and presentation of program-related reports.
- Become a central support system for both programs.
- Developing our networking and counseling process.
- Handling student applications, developing processes to ensure smooth and timely operations and coordinating other program admissions services. (Pathway & EN Finnish)
- Participating in online and in-person student recruitment counseling sessions.
- Conducting interviews to assess the English skills of students, evaluating pathway program related interviews, and conducting one-on-one meetings with students to comprehensively review their academic progress.
- Establish and maintain close, interpersonal working relationships with students, partner universities, and agents. (Sales & Networking)
- Assisting with certificates and other documents related to both programs.
- Responding to student applicants’ queries via email and other tools.
- Developing the EN Finnish Course Program with the Program Manager
- Creating and updating documents related to the EN Finnish program
- Participation in regular online meetings set by the Edunation Team
- Participation in a once or twice a month team meeting in Makati or another dedicated place is required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
