• Through the website: We collect personal information through our website, for example when you register for our services or contact us by using our contact form. For all our forms, we use the online webform provider Jotform.
• Through email: If you contact our customer service using email, we will store your email address and your name (depending on your email provider) solely for the purpose of handling your contact request.
• Offline: We may collect personal information from you offline, for example when you contact our customer service via phone.
• Other Sources: We may receive your personal information from third parties such as our partner agencies or other partners.

The ways in which we use your personal information

The information is collected and processed to provide services, to develop the services and customer care, and for statistical purposes. Without this personal data we are unable to provide our services for users. We shall only use your personal data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We use your information:

USE OF HOTJAR FOR WEBSITE ANALYTICS

To improve your experience on our website, we use Hotjar, a technology service that helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g., how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback. Hotjar uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices. This includes a device’s IP address (processed during your session and stored in a de-identified form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), and the preferred language used to display our website. Hotjar stores this information on our behalf in a pseudonymized user profile. Hotjar is contractually forbidden to sell any of the data collected on our behalf.
