Overview

The MSc in Business Law is a full-time, English-taught degree at KEDGE Business School (Marseille or Bordeaux). Combining legal expertise with business acumen, this program prepares students to tackle legal challenges in corporate, financial, digital, and international contexts. Through interactive case studies, moot court exercises, and law firm collaborations, participants gain a deep understanding of contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, company law, and dispute resolution. Graduates are equipped to serve as legal advisors, compliance managers, or consultant in corporate environments worldwide.

  • For M1 entry: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years)
  • For M2 entry: 4-year Bachelor’s degree or 3-year degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • English proficiency:
    • TOEIC: minimum 785 (800+ needed for graduation)
    • IELTS: minimum 6.0 (6.5+ for diploma eligibility)
    • TOEFL: minimum 80
    • Cambridge English B2 or higher
    • Exemption possible for those with prior education in English
