MSc in International Management specializing in Sustainable Management

This track prepares students to:

• Lead sustainability and CSR strategies across industries
• Balance environmental, social, and economic performance
• Drive innovation through ethical and circular business models
• Align business goals with global sustainability frameworks (e.g., UN SDGs)

Semester 1 (M1):

• Core subjects: project management, financial analysis, intercultural teamwork
• Sustainability foundations: CSR fundamentals, ethics in management
• Internship (min. 8 weeks)

Semester 2 (M2):

• Specialization modules: sustainable project leadership, ESG reporting, systems thinking, stakeholder engagement
• Strategy and innovation modules integrated
• Final internship or applied research project (min. 4 months)

Graduates may pursue roles like:

• Sustainability Manager
• ESG Consultant
• CSR Program Leader
• Climate and Impact Analyst

• For M1 entry: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years)
• For M2 entry: 4-year Bachelor’s degree or 3-year degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• English proficiency:
  • TOEIC: minimum 785 (800+ needed for graduation)
  • IELTS: minimum 6.0 (6.5+ for diploma eligibility)
  • TOEFL: minimum 80
  • Cambridge English B2 or higher
  • Exemption possible for those with prior education in English
