Overview

 The Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing program at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (SeAMK) prepares students to become international Registered Nurses (RNs). The objectives of the Bachelor of Health Care, Nursing program at Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences are to:

  1. Equip students with comprehensive nursing knowledge and advanced clinical skills.
  2. Prepare competent and qualified Registered Nurses (RNs).

The program structure includes:

    • Supervised practical training (75-90 ECTS practical training)
  • Training Locations: Practical training takes place in South Ostrobothnia, Finland, and can also be conducted abroad.

  • Language: Taught mainly in English, but basic Finnish skills are required (level A2). Students will acquire the level A2 through the Pathway to Finland program, throughout their studies at Seinäjoki UAS, they will develop their Finnish Language skills even more!

Some vaccinations may be required, but depending on the work placements, you may be required to take additional vaccinations (this can be done at your own cost in Finland).
