“A very big bonus in studying at Metropolia were the practical courses in which we got to work in on projects from big players in supply chains operating in the EU. It certainly gave me the edge when applying for jobs, showing, that I have not only theoretical knowledge, but also hands-on experience. Thanks to this, I have now found my dream job in one of the top 50 procurement know-how-companies in the world, Sievo Oy. I’m currently working in procurement and analytics along with software consultancy. The IBL programme is a challenging programme but brings huge rewards. Apply for it, you will not regret it!

-Anh Bui, a student from Vietnam

Metropolia’s unique educational approach and encouraging study environment have attracted students from all over the world. By the year 2019, the university aims to combine some of its existing facilities into four key campuses, which will be situated at Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa areas.

Here, you will see the heart-warming story of two master’s graduates, Leena and Ville, from Metropolia. They graduated from the university over a decade ago, and since then, they’ve been building a life together, together with their two lovely children.

“I got my first paid position at a global company before I even finished my bachelor’s degree. This illustrates, how strong and relevant Metropolia’s IBL curriculum is.”

 – Deniss Rabtsinski, Bachelor of Business Administration
