Application
Process
The selection process is highly competitive and relies on a structured evaluation timeline paired with a strict payment quota:
Application & Document Verification
The applicant submits their initial program application, which Edunation reviews to verify that all academic and entry requirements are met. Once documents are verified, Edunation generates the admin fee invoice for the applicant to process and pay.
Institutional Processing & Interview
Edunation submits the verified documents through the TAKK portal and emails the applicants' resumes directly to the institution. Once a batch of at least three applicants is confirmed, Edunation coordinates a calendar invitation for the mandatory online group interview led by TAKK.
Entrance Assessment & Evaluation
TAKK emails the interview results; successful applicants advance to a mandatory online assessment or live interview, while unsuccessful applicants end the process. Edunation officially proctors and monitors the online assessment phase, or TAKK handles the live interview phase, after which TAKK takes 1 to 2 days to evaluate and grade the performance.
Conditional Acceptance & Tuition Fee Invoice
Upon passing the entrance assessment, the applicant receives a Conditional Acceptance Letter and the Terms of Reference from TAKK. The institution then issues the vocational program tuition fee invoice, which the applicant must pay to officially secure their study place.
